Shaking powder is an indispensable and important step in the DTF printing scheme. The use of the powder shaker reduces the labor cost in this process and improves the efficiency of industrialized mass production. It promotes the traditional method of shaking powder manually and recovering the remaining powder to be further upgraded to a mechanized method that can realize the integration of powder shaking and drying.

However, in the previous powder shaker, when recovering the residual powder, the powder shaking system needs to be turned off first, and then the operator pours the residual powder in the lower powder collecting tank back into the upper powder dropping tank and finally turns on the powder shaking system to restart printing. It may be a schedule-impacting issue for factories that need continuous production.

An automatic powder recycling system has been installed inside the B604 DTF powder shaker. A filter has been added to filter out unnecessary dust and impurities on the powder, so the recovered hot-melt powder is cleaner. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of hot melt powder, making the operation of the machine more time-saving and labor-saving than before, and you can get the maximum benefit most simply.
