On Saturday, we organized a one-day team building activity, the theme is "Climbing the Peak and Passing Good News". The location of this activity is Qixia Mountain. Qixia Mountain is a mountain in the northeast part of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. In the Southern Dynasties (420–589), there was a Qixia cottage in the mountain, so the mountain's name Qixia derived from it.
The most famous for Qixia Mountain is maple leaves, and the best viewing season is autumn. It is winter now, although we missed the best season for viewing autumn leaves, we still saw the last bit of beautiful scenery.

Looking into the distance, the maple leaves like a burning cloud, challenging the cold weather; it is also like a burning flame, condensing passion and confidence. The scenery along the way made us sigh at the extraordinary work of nature. All employees of the company listened to the commentator's explanation and walked higher place together. The theme of this team building is "Climbing the Peak and Passing Good News". Mountaineering is bound to be indispensable. This is also the significance of this team building: Hope everyone can climb the peak bravely.

Only through continuous efforts can we stand at the peak. In order to be able to see the distant scenery, even if we are tired, we must stick to it. With this belief, we walked up step by step. With the faith of not giving up, we encouraged each other, and we finally reached the heights. There are not so many people walking here, and the scenery is more beautiful. After enjoying the scenery on the top of the mountain, everyone gathered down the mountain.

On the way back, the sun slowly came out after several days of continuous rain, even the afterglow of the sunset was exceptionally warm. In this team building, we believe everyone has benefited a lot. The process of climbing is just like our usual work. Although it is hard, we feel happy when we stand on the top of the mountain. It is the accomplishment that work brings us; we may have difficulties and setbacks in work, but as long as we don't give up and encourage each other, you can see different scenery.
