Research: The number of domestic digital printing machines will exceed 30,000! Printing processing costs tend to stabilize

Since 2017, the proportion of European digital inkjet printing output in its total output of printed fabrics has been increasing year by year, and currently accounts for more than 80%. The output of digital inkjet printing in China has increased from 1.1 billion meters in 2017 to 1.9 billion meters in 2019, and the proportion has increased from 7% to 11%. Digital inkjet printing industry still has a lot of room for development.
 

The market demand for textile digital inkjet printing has driven the growth of digital inkjet printing equipment. The number of digital printing equipment in China increased from 25,000 in 2017 to 29,100 in 2019, of which direct equipment increased from about 2,000 up to 3,100, this type of equipment is fast, accurate, and technically complex. It belongs to the high-end type, mainly domestic equipment; the rest are digital transfer equipment, which has a large number of digital transfer equipment, but mainly low-speed machines, with the need for product iteration.
